Waste Water Settlement Pond:
This pond provides an environmental filter for all the waste produced by the farm, with the excess water returning back to the ocean.

Site Managers Residence:
The farm employs a manager to be on site 24hrs a day, to provide security and abalone husbandry as required.

Office/Toilet & Tourist Facilities:
SBA employs 3 full time and 2 casual staff. The farm is also a member of the Seafood & Aquaculture Trail on Eyre Peninsula, as it provides a comprehensive tour of the farming facility to many visitors annually. This building provides a duel use area for staff and tourists to go about their business.
